Limited Lifetime Warranty Collision Products
Pacific Auto Company distributes a large inventory of aftermarket automotive auto body replacement products through its distribution centers located in Southern California.
Pacific Auto Company offers Limited Lifetime Warranty on replacement plastic and steel bumper covers, fenders, hoods, grilles and auto body replacement parts EXCLUDING radiators, condensers, cooling fans, transmission oil coolers, inverter coolers, intercoolers or electrical parts including lights and mirrors. Pacific Auto Company warrants its parts to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part is installed. The Limited Lifetime warranty includes perforation (metal rust-through) due to corrosion in normal use. In the event of a failure, Pacific Auto Company will replace or refund the purchase price of the part. If failure should occur, just call your local distribution center with the original invoice to file the warranty claim. If claim is accepted, receive either full credit or a no-cost replacement.
This warranty applies to any vehicle registered in the 50 states of the U.S.A. and normally operated in the 50 states of the U.S.A. This warranty also only applies to parts installed by a certified mechanic.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not include any costs involved in installation nor does it cover failure or perforation resulting from accident, damage, abuse or improper installation. Pacific Auto Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of its parts.
Non-certified chrome bumpers are not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not extend to commercial vehicles or fleet vehicles. Radiators, A/C condensers, Fan Assemblies and Intercoolers are covered for one year from the date of invoice. Cooling products are excluded from the limited lifetime warranty policy.
Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
