REQUIREMENT: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Sociology or its equivalent


• Oversee daily performance of computer systems by maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, application software, internet, and all configurations;
• Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software;

• Diagnose hardware and software problems and perform disaster recovery operations;

• Plan, coordinate and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware;

• Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming in-person, telephone, email, and voicemail inquiries regarding software or hardware operation, networking and other computer-related technologies to resolve problems;

• Maintain and analyze daily incident reports in order to make recommendations to reduce incident rates;

• Recommend changes to improve system and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes;

• Train and advise users, staff and management on how to resolve existing problems in software and hardware and establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
